Cheaply plastic burger king crown.

The photo shows a medium sized tree or so, with a slant and a metal tilt bottom lip ring, so I thought this was more metal than what had arrived, what I got was almost like the Burger King crown type flimsy plastic.. and absolutely no led lights. I got this for 15$ and it looks as if it was 15cents… this is also very small and not for any larger than 4ft trees.
