I had a little problem at first so I read the package and it said if you have any problems go to their website. it took no time at all and the converter was updated and I was off printing again. So glad I found one.

Verify before purchase

After downloading the suggested software to make this product compatible with Windows 7, this product did not work with Windows 7. After contacting HP tech support, the tech said he suggested for me not to use this. It has not been evaluated by HP, and there is no guarantee. I will try to return this product to Walmart. I now have 81 files (unwanted) on my computer from the unzipped download suggested by manufacturer of the converter cable to install, so this will work with Windows 7. It is not plug & play. It did not work on my HP Windows 7, even with help from HP. My computer is less than 1 month old.
