almost fabulous
We have been using these for our workstations. When we select 2, there is a delay of approx 20 to 30 seconds. Everytime. 1,3,and 4 are instant. It's the same on both boxes. It may not seem like a big deal, but it is for us.

Behavior like this is often caused by outdated drivers on the computer connected to the switch, so swapping in another computer will verify if that is the cause of the delay.
