Works as described

My company uses these UPSs to provide clean power to switches. No problems in about a year of constant use so far - I plugged everything in and haven't been back to that data closet to look at it since. The only thing I would note is that the back panel of the UPS where you plug into has a bit of a flimsy design. This isn't exactly a problem, but you will notice it when you plug items in and it flexes. All else - no complaints!
