This is an excellent supplement for people who would like to boost their energy, mood and concentration levels! I take it and feel like a new person!\n\nHowever, I'd recommend researching this supplement before choosing a dose this high. Many studies show that the 5 mg - 10 mg dose may actually be more effective at improving mood and energy levels than the 25 mg dose, which *might* backfire and cause *some* people to experience jitters, stomach problems, problems sleeping, etc. (Please note that these are not medical claims, just a reflection of several studies I read. Effects and side effects, if any, are not universal and will vary per person.)\n\nAfter trying this 25 mg dose, I've decided to switch to 10 mg. This dose makes me feel a little strung out \u2013 I'm saving it for days when I need to clean my whole house or stay up all night working. Also, my dreams have become rather trippy, which isn't always a bad thing. :)\n\nAlthough I don't recommend this dose, I do recommend NADH and the Swanson brand. Excellent quality and outstanding price. This supplement usually sells for around $40 in other places.
