Beautiful knife set, and stays sharp. I've not had to sharpen any blades or had any quality issues and I've cut everything from bread to veggies to chicken bones. Only complaint is the handles are plastic so cutting certain things can stain them. I stained my white handle chopping sweet potatoes.
