Great well-rounded multi mineral!
I think including trace minerals is essential for a complete, well rounded diet to maintain health, organ function and clear skin. The ingredients list is clean and has all the essential minerals I would typically look for in addition to other beneficial minerals that aren't always included in other brands. It's a great size for value and I've become impressed with this brand.

Excellent quality. The ingredients are clean and a decent size bottle with a good packaging. Minerals are important for general well being . Mineral deficiency can also have cold cough symptoms . Since most of us do not frequently go into the soil or mud , supplementing is essential. This is a good composition and has no taste as it's in capsule form.
