Wash hands & clean all utensils and surfaces. If boiling water for formula, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and let cool to room temperature. 2. Referring to Mixing Guide, measure & pour water into clean bottle, then use enclosed scoop to add powder. Tightly cover can. 3. Mix until powder is completely dissolved. Feed immediately; discard any formula left after 1 hour. NOTE: If not feeding right away, refrigerate prepared bottle at 35-40°F(2-4°C); use contents within 24 hours. I guess soy babies are just naturally constipated. So it does make baby constipated but my baby seams to like it. The only weird thing is that the powder doesn't like to mix with water very well you have to shake it like crazy. It does work better with a formula making machine like the baby brezza one.
