It does what it says. I wasn't impressed when applying for the first time. The lube I usually use (ProGold ProLink) does better job. I've bought this lube to use on my daughter's bike to ride when it is wet or raining lightly. Will see how it goes.

Rock N Roll is Clean but Does it Lubricate??

Third time in the last 8 years I've tried Rock N Roll. Yes it keeps the chain clean and nice looking but I question how well it actually lubricates the chain. I took the chain off the bike, completely degreased it and hung it to dry. Chain was spotless. I put the chain in a small cup and submerged it in Rock N Roll lubrication to make sure it was fully lubricated pins and all. The chain is LOUD. Doesn't sound like it has any lubrication at all.. Not even a week of riding I'm ready to go back to traditional petroleum based chain lubrication.
