Smells terrible and shrinks in delicate wash

Beautiful, however it SHRUNK in delicate wash. As i unpacked it had a strong unpleasant smell. Febreeze did not help, so i didnt find any other option but to wash it. Very dissatisfied by how much it shrunk. Unusable.
