KaBloom : 18 Yellow Roses, 3 Greens, Next-Day Delivery, Gift for Every Occasion.

The flowers were in terrible condition, browning petals, and many had already fallen off of the blooms. out of 3 dozen, a few of the bloom heads were bent over. One of the boxes was punctured in and severely damaged, the delivery driver never called or knocked on the door, demonstrating that they were not going to take any type of responsibility for the condition of the product. Kabloom was unreachable, the roses were for my mom's funeral the next day. Walmart's manager was determined to make things right, however I didn't have the time to return these to the store for a replacement. In the future, I will not order through Kabloom. I will call the local Walmart store to get my order directly. A hard lesson learned, adding stress and grief to an already difficult time.
