Disappointing

Purchased this bed for my child's fifth birthday. We assembled it and realized one of the ladder steps was missing. Upon contacting the company, we were told they were out of the part and offered us a small credit. The bed is also very wobbly and has a low 250%23 weight limit which includes the full size mattress! I am sure this bed will not last long.
