So many different uses with this GF flour!

I have been gluten free for 10 years. Gluten free flour has come a LONG way! My daughters have baked cookies this week, we use it for gravies, make pancakes from scratch and I used it in my gluten free sourdough starter. I have always used the comparable brand and avoided this one because it was slightly more expensive, but this brand is quality and I don't mind paying for it! Half greek yogurt and half flour makes the best air fried bagel bites!

Truly the Best GF Flour

I have tried several GF flours and have found King Arthur to be my favorite for breading baked/fried foods to making cakes. I thought my days of enjoying a real cake were over but when I tried my Red Velvet Cake made with King Arthur GF it was divine!

Not bad

A bit pricey but cheaper than the gluten free bread flour- which still has oats in it which means it wouldn't work for me; It's not meant for yeast bread baking but I found a dinner roll recipe online that uses this flour anyway, and with the addition of psyllium powder they came out ok; I will probably use the rest of the bag for cakes and cookies but not bread. I haven't had a chance to do that yet...
