Arjuna bark has been used for over three thousand years and is a part of the traditional ayurvedic practice to support cardiovascular health. The arjuna bark benefits are many, and while the arjuna herb has been used in various forms throughout the ages to supports a number of ailments and conditions, today it is most widely used as an overall cardio tonic herbal supplement. A Heart Health Staple
I read about Arjuna and was happy to find it for a good price at Swansons. I combine Arjuna with Hawthorne Berry, and Ubiquinol for a heart health foundation that I take daily. I am a very active 75 year old who still works full time, and lifts weights three days a week. I just took a stress test and maxed it. These supplements from Swansons are all part of a great vitamin and mineral supplementation program.

I used to buy t. arjuna fro another supplier but for a hefty price. This version of Swanson fits just fine. It helps together with C0Q10 in cardiovascular maintenance.
