We harvested the most special olives of Aegean Region/Turkey in the early harvest season and create this beautiful extra virgin olive oil with cold press technique. Our olives are known to be needing less water which ultimately gives their delicious fruity and concentrated taste. Taste is strong fruity taste with well-balanced finish.
