Police Thin Blue Line Photo License Plate Frame

Item shown in photo is NOT what was shipped to me. I received a silver painted metal frame that doesn't look like it would last any type of weather. When I tried to get a full refund because it was not black as pictured I was told that I had to pay shipping again in order to get a refund. Clearly the customers are not number one with this company. I was told that it's "basically my fault" for assuming the picture is what I was going to be receiving. I've never been more upset especially because it goes to support what we do for the safety of our communities. It's like a slap in the face. HORRRRIBLE!
