Finally, finally! Game changer
I always suspected that I had B12 issues. Even a top MD in the cognitive wellbeing space proscribed Methylcobalamin B12 shots. I got headaches and no real improvement. On a whim, I had my DNA sequenced and found out that I have an issue with the methyls and it recommended trying Adeno B12. This product, in tandem with Zinc supplementation, is a game changer for me.

Almost instant smooth energy!
Within a few minutes after taking my first B12 sublingual, I felt energized. Not energizer bunny crazy, but as if I had awoken from a great night's sleep or a wonderful nap. At that point, look forward to participating in whatever activity I had in mind. And, the best part, it last for several hours. I take it twice a day. Once in the morning and once in the mid to late afternoon. I sure hope I continue to have this wonderful boost in my life for as long as I take this.
