East Africa, and specifically Ethiopia, is the birthplace of coffee drinking as we know it today. Our Sahara Roasting method preserves the roasting techniques employed in Ethiopia to bring you coffee that has less of the carbon you'd get from what we deem to be pyrolysis using other extreme heat coffee roasting methods.
Our method is a gentle roast that ensures not only great tasting coffee that is not harsh on your stomach lining, but you're also guaranteed to benefit from Coffee's natural Chlorogenic acids that have been found to be beneficial to good health.
Enya is our pride of Kenyan Coffees. It is bold but smooth to taste. Because it is 100% Arabica, you can count on it being moderately lower on caffeine and higher on everything else that great coffee is about.
Single Source simply refers to the fact that these beans originate from Kenya and only Kenya. We do not blend and thus allow you to enjoy Enya in its truest taste and element!
