Excellent product, brakes are better tan factory new!Some question arose during installation about left or right rotors, not clear on video, front brakes had sticker on plastic bag each rotor was shipped in, not so with the rears. Also the rears had L and R embossed on the edge of the rotor,,but they were wrong. Calling customer service eventually solved the issue, but had to get to a supervisor to solve. The cross drilling and the grooves go towards the direction of travel on the top half of the rotor!!!
