BODYARMOR Zero Sugar Watermelon Strawberry Electrolyte Sports Drink, 12 fl oz, 8 Pack Bottles

I’ve been trying to cut back on sugar but still wanted something that actually tastes good after workouts, and this BODYARMOR Zero Sugar Watermelon Strawberry drink honestly surprised me. The flavor is really refreshing not too sweet, but not bland either. You can actually taste both the watermelon and strawberry without it feeling artificial. I like that it has electrolytes, especially for hotter days or when I’ve been more active, and it doesn’t leave that weird aftertaste some zero sugar drinks have. It’s also a good size to just grab and go. Only thing is, if you’re used to super sweet sports drinks, this might taste a little lighter but for me that’s a plus. Overall, I’d definitely keep these stocked in my fridge.

I bought this because when I started taking a SSRI, I noticed I was extremely dehydrated. It almost seemed like water was making it worse. The taste is good. I like that its non-sugar so it doesn't feel like I am drinking HI- C. But it is just a touch sweet enough for it to be easy to drink. Just one during the day and I was fine. The dehydration has subsided now, but I still keep them just in case.
