Customer Service is a joke

I sent the seller a message in regards to my items not arriving on time, as promised (two day shipping), and one of the items was broken beyond repair. The automated message said I would receive a response in 1 business day..its been 7. No response as.to how they can accommodate for the late shipping and broken item. Other than that, the remaining items that are in tact are beautiful and would look lovely for my wedding center pieces except I'd be missing one because its not been replace. There's also no option for replacing, just refund.

Disappointing!

The photo of these is very misleading. They do not stand up straight, almost all of them lean. Had to use them as they were delivered the day before my event (my fault for waiting to order last minute) Very disappointed in this purchase.
