SkyBell 2.0 Esssential Hardware Kit

Pros: Works really well - best part is audio communication so you don't need to come to the door to speak w someone at your door. Cons: Set up didn't work first go around. Had to call customer service via phone and they had me login via iPhone and iPad concurrently. Not sure why but that could have been more seamless.

Pros: Easy to install Easy to setup using the Skybell HD iPhone (or iPad) App Footprint was not much bigger than my previous doorbell Cons: Poor quality sound from the built-in mic. However, after contacting Skybell Tech Support, they determined that there was a problem with the mic and they are sending a replacement unit. Haven't received it yet. Other thoughts: The first day I had it i was alerted via the motion sensor that someone was at my front door. After reviewing the video, I saw the person approaching my door reach for the doorbell and as soon as he spotted the camera, he turned away, shielded his face and left. I took a still picture and posted it on our community message board.
