Great product that helped balance my mood! To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this product, but I'm glad I tried it. I felt my emotions were rather stable and my anxious thoughts were kept at bay. Furthermore, I love the fact that you only need one serving a day -- some companies make you take 3-5 pills a day which is an inconvenience, but this is just one and done! There were no side effects that I noticed either, and I'll definitely be ordering more

I used to not take supplements or believe in them---but that has changed, I regularly take them now. I found these to be very easy to swallow and while it is hard to quantify, I am going to order them again. Even if it's my mind making me feel good, I want it! I would recommend these.

I have used this product for just over two weeks and noticed an improvement in my daily activities as well as improving my sleep schedule. I would take this supplement before lunch and found my afternoon to have greater energy. After a week of taking the product, I found that my sleep schedule improved and I was able to get to sleep earlier and easier than prior to taking it. I am quite happy with the results.
