I purchased these for my son. He wore them on a 12 hr plane trip to Switzerland and loved them. They did not leave red marks on his ankles and his feet were nice and warm. He also wore them hiking and walking in the snowy mountains and towns. I wished I had bought him more than two pair for his trip.
