Left Driver Side Mirror - Compatible with 2002 Chevy Avalanche 1500

Mirror arrived timely. Watched You Tube for replacement directions. It was very helpful. Did not come with replacement nuts so be careful not to drop the ones from the old mirror. They fit. The electrical plug was a match for the heated mirror and electric adjustment. The back was black which didn't match my green Yukon. I tried to remove the back of the broken mirror to possibly switch them. Not an option. There are glue strips and plastic clips which break when you try to remove the back. It could be painted to match if taped up. Do it before you install if you want it painted. I'm very satisfied with the $40+price. The dealer quoted me $407.00 for the part. The OEM mirror had a center nylon clip for added stability with the three screws but it is stable enough without it so save the $350.00 on older vehicles.

Both get an '01 Yukon that needed some attention. First project was to replace the side mirrors. The old ones were in bad shape. The new mirrors arrived on time and went on with no problems. Perfect fit. Look great and work great. Made the Yukon look a lot better already
