I don't have electric plugs outside, so it makes difficult to decorate outdoors for holidays. I saw a neighbor who had Halloween decorations that “swiveled/moved” with the wind. I fell in love with them. (I checked Sam's where they had bought them, a few years ago). Sadly, they weren't available to buy this year, but this style was. These are sturdy, well made and colorful. (The stakes are metal and solidly made). They are a great alternative to the usual outdoor decorations. I look forward to seeing if they have them for other holidays!
