Delivered with a broken tip…then price increase

I love the fact Walmart will deliver for free, but I do not like that the fishing rod tip was broken…obviously not inspected before delivery. When I started the online return process, I was not allowed to return rod to the Walmart store…it had to be returned to a FedEx, which insisted upon a shipping tube for $20, even though the rod was originally delivered without packaging. And, finally, Walmart was unable to ship me a replacement, for that store was now out of stock. The new stock price now appears to have gone up 14%, and I'll be curious to see if Walmart honors the original purchase price.
