Difficult

This is a LEGO set aimed for 8-12 year olds. We have had many sets that the kids finish( including the resort, etc.) in a few hours, but this set is much more difficult. My 8 and 10 year old have struggled through this set for a few days and it is still not done. The directions are difficult to follow. We normally love Legos, but not this set. Maybe for 12 year olds, more so than the 8 year olds.
