I have been buying this product probably since it first became available on Amazon. It is amazing and the only supplement my dad takes consistently because it stops his cramps. My wife and I take it with us on our Appalachian trail hikes to help the muscles relax after backpacking several days in a row and it prevents us from getting sore after 20 miles a day.
