Partner Furniture Polyester Fabric 78" Wide Sofa in Light Gray

I was searching for a nice-looking black sofa under $500 that guests could stretch out on if we needed an extra sleeping space (note: this is not a futon sofa). I read the reviews for dozens of sofas but I liked the look of this one (with three seat cushions) and it was the right dimensions for the space. The sofa was shipped very quickly and received within a week of the purchase date. It came in two boxes (one of them pretty heavy) and it took less than an hour to assemble. All the pieces were labeled and the instructions were easy to understand. It helps to have two people for one part of the assembly where you need to slide the main platform/base onto the arms but if you don't have help, there's a way to do it if you tip everything back and slide the arms on one at a time. Walmart offers free returns for this sofa but if you think there's a chance you might return it, note that all of the cushions were vacuum sealed so once this is out of the box and packaging, there's no getting it back in for shipping. If you want to return it to the store, you would most likely need a truck or large vehicle to fit all the pieces in. I'm very happy with the sofa but would recommend double-checking the measurements, fabric, etc. to make sure those match what you want to hopefully avoid the hassle of trying to return it. The only reason I didn't give the sofa five stars is because the cushions (especially the back ones you lean against) never 100% fully expanded after taking them out of the vacuum-sealed bags, so they don't look as plush as I hoped (more like how you'd expect cushions to look after a few months of leaning back against them). Overall, I've had the sofa for a few weeks now and I'm very happy with the quality and look of it!
