These eye masks are very lightweight, they completely block out the light, the velcro adjustment band allows for the very easy change of tightness, the dome shape in the center ensures that no pressure is on your eyes, in addition the material has slight ventilation which keeps sweat from collecting around the eye area, which is great for when I have hot flashes.
