Easy setup and working great...
We hooked this up in the workshop/shed that's approximately 75-100 feet from the house and it's been working great. There are no obstacles between the house and shed so I am sure that helps. we are able to stream tv shows with no problem. I was a bit hesitant to buy this because I am not familiar with the brand but very happy I did....
A Great tool at a great price...............
I live way out in the Texas country where we don't get internet other than our cell phones or tablet. Using our unlimited cell plan and turning on the hotspot on a dedicated tablet, I am able to connect this extender to my hotspot, connect my router, then have unlimited connectivity to the hotspot through the router (the hotspot only allows a max of 10 connections and drastically slows the bandwidth at 10). Now, I am able to connect my home theater components, echo dots, fire sticks, other tablets and anything else through the router without slowing my bandwidth. This allows for Netflix, Prime video, PS4, etc. to play in 4k online without maxing out my connections. Now, I am not limited to the 10 connections (actually 9 because 10 slows everything down). Easy setup and seems to actually speed up the connections..........
Wifi extender Signal Booster!!!!!!!
We live on a military installation and only have 1 option for internet. The problem is, although our router is centrally located, we do not get the best signal throughout the house. It is always cutting out and sometimes we don't get signal at all in our bedrooms on the far side of the house. We just got this and I'm so excited for it to fix our problems. We have been completely out of internet because of the weather and our provider says it was the snow. The extender came pretty quickly in a nice compact little box. I like how quick little and easy it is. Hopefully this solves our streaming dilemma. We love Disney and Netflix and we are paying for the highest speed available through cox, but have not made it through a single movie yet with out our internet cutting out!!!!!!!
