- Preparation: Ensure no standing water in the hole and acclimatize bottles at 22˚C – 25˚C for at least 2 hours.
- Mix Components: Pour component B into component A and shake the bottle for 20 seconds.
- Pour and Set: Pour the mixed material into the hole before expansion starts. Support the post without moving during the curing process.
- Determine Hole Size: The hole width should be twice the post size, and the depth should be one-third of the post height.
- Detailed Steps:
- Ensure the surface is clean and free from dust, grease, and rust.
- Paste the patch on the surface to be fixed and press it firmly.
- Spread the repair compound on the patch using the putty knife, ensuring no voids remain.
- After drying, sand the surface for a smooth finish.
- Paint or varnish as needed.
