It kept me alive
I was on this product for the better part of a year while battling throat cancer. Here I am 13 years later and I am still so thankful for Nestle's Nutren.
Nutren 1.5
My husband can't seem to keep it down. Tried twice, first 4 oz.. the next day 2oz. He vomited both times, even taking the nausea pill. Will have to call and see what can be done about changing to Ensure. He seems to be able to handle that and keep it down.
Poorly designed opening.
While I use this product for my tube feeding needs, I have to agree that the opening in poorly designed and not user friendly. It is trouble enough to have to use a knife to get a clean pour from the container, but I also have to pour it from the carton into another container for ease of use in the feeding tube. I cannot imagine how difficult it must be for users with arthritis in their hands. It could be better designed. I have no problem with the liquid product itself.
