Each hair has two to three distinct tips, allowing the brush to hold a higher volume of paint while also providing a smoother application. The brush head is stiff but responsive, and unlike natural hog bristles, retains real integrity in water. Designed for use with heavy-bodied acrylics and oil paints, this short handle brush is ideal for use with heavy mediums, gels and pastes.
