- This versatile cookware is compatible with all cooking surfaces, including gas, electric, halogen, induction, and is oven-safe, including under the broiler. It is hand wash only and not dishwasher safe.
- Care instructions: Avoid high heat for long periods and do not leave empty pans on heated burners. Do not use metal utensils on non-stick surfaces, and avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can damage the cookware.
