GOOD PRODCUT BUT POOR DELIVERY

The EXPO Dry Erase Markers (Black, Chisel Tip, 16 Count) are great—quality, price, and packaging were all fine. However, I was not happy with the delivery. The Walmart Spark driver called me from half a mile away, and I had to walk to the street to pick up the order while babysitting three kids. Getting them all dressed and out in just a few minutes was very stressful. On top of that, communication was difficult; it would really help if delivery partners used a live translation app to bridge language barriers. The product itself is excellent, but the delivery experience definitely needs improvement.
