Wow - customer service and beautiful cushion!

I am so glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews and purchased this cushion. I ordered the cushion on 1/10. The bad reviews made me nervous, so when the product still didn't ship by 1/13, I was getting nervous (so used to speedy shipping these days!!). I reached out to their customer service email, and received a response almost right away, confirming my order# and letting me know they were preparing it to be shipped. It shipped on 1/16, and I received it today. IT IS BEAUTIFUL!! Much more full and comfy than I was expecting, considering the price. Measurements are accurate, as it fits perfectly by our fireplace. Exactly what I wanted & well worth the wait. Lesson learned: don't believe every bad review you read!
