Annoyed with false advertising

I purchased this docking station as a replacement for one that I ly supported 2 monitors via HDMI ports. This dock has 3, but apparently you can't use all 3 at the same time! This was my whole purpose for purchasing this. Annoyed to say the least. It did work by switching one monitor to a display port, which thankfully I had one of those cables.

Price was great - but it showed up in a generic cardboard box. Power pack was loose in box with no packing materials. No Dell packaging anywhere - no paperwork. Dock appeared to be in used condition. I re-checked the listing to see if this was a refurbished model - but not seeing that anywhere in the description. Nonetheless, I installed it - and all ports seem to work WITH EXCEPTION of the single HDMI port - it is dead. Luckily - I can use a displayport cord instead - so I plan to keep this dock. Hopefully I won't need the HDMI port in the future.
