Broken in the Box

Bought this column after consulting with Ididit. Shipping was fast. When I opened the box, I found the ignition switch was broken. I contacted Jeg's and was immediately referred to Ididit to resolve the issue. They offered to send replacement parts and I would have to install them myself. Disappointing. When spending this kind of money on a steering column, I was hoping for better support from both companies.
