I tried one brand for 30 days and another for 60 days and could not tell a significant difference in my arthritis. It may have helped some but still have pain. However my arthritis is at high level. Capsules were easy to swallow and I did not find a taste but swallow with lots of water. I may need to use them longer to have better results.
