Could somebody please email me back. I sent gifts to my daughter in San Diego. Some she wanted to return but was told because they were ordered online she could not return at the store. This is very frustrating for her as for me because I would rather she exchanged it for something she wanted. I need to know your return policy, please If the case is that online items cannot be returned. In the store and choose something else in the store. I will never order and send gifts again online. Absolutely best soap for clean and healthy shower, wash face and hand in morning. Does not dry out skin, actually seems to moisturize. I have been using the large pump container for over 5 years and use nothing else. My skin is in great shape, and I used Clinique for 35 years and that soap was 4 times the price!!!
