Step 1: Use one 21 mg patch/day (Weeks 1-6). Step 2: Use one 14 mg patch/day (Weeks 7-8). Step 3: Use one 7 mg patch/day (Weeks 9-10). • if you smoke 10 or less cigarettes per day, do not use step 1 (21 mg). Start with step 2 (14 mg) for 6 weeks, then step 3 (7 mg) for 2 weeks and then stop. • steps 2 and 3 allow you to gradually reduce your level of nicotine. Completing the full program will increase your chances of quitting successfully. • apply one new patch every 24 hours on skin that is dry, clean and hairless. Save pouch for disposing of the patch after use. • remove backing from patch and immediately press onto skin. Hold for 10 seconds. • wash hands after applying or removing patch. Throw away the patch by folding sticky ends together. Replace in its pouch and discard. Only patches they keep me from craving

So far I've tried 6-7 patches these are the only ones that work. They itch super bad but I take a Claritin or daytime allergy pill and am not longer having issues. After I use a spot for a day I'll put hydrocortisone on it and use a different spot on my chest. When I shower I cover w a 3x4 bandaid to keep it from getting wet. Hope this helps someone. I'm two months free of vaping or smoking. I went on 21 mg for 3 weeks and I've now been on 14 5 weeks. About to go down to 7 mg in a week

It's a great tool to help you quit smoking!

This brand is the only brand i will use. They stick on your skin and stay on for the most part. With it being so hot out, I put some skin tape overtop of it, and it will last the full 24 hours. I can take a shower in it without any problems. I do prefer the clear design, just my preference. To remove you, simply pull it off, close each end together, and discard in the trash can.
