This shirt is made for people with Cushing syndrome. The arms are extremely small and the chest area is large. I am 5'9 150pounds and a medium fit me very weird. I'm usually a small. The arms are nice and long but extremely tight and the chest area was loose. The material is amazing but it's such a shame the sizing is off like this. Wish more attention to this was given :(
