Rack was packaged poorly -- cosmetic damage to felt overlay. Hinges were mounted at different heights for top. Caster screw barely fit. It's cheap and lived up to it's price. Company wants you to write reviews, and offers their great warranty- I contacted them on cosmetic damage and they offered a $11 refund. No more from this company
