I love this vitamin and I highly recommend.
This is a very important vitamin. Vit K2 is not often enough in our diets and this can lead to many heart and bone complications. Pair it with K1 as well. Also make sure you don't get a synthetic one or that can be ganerous. Always make sure your vitamins are plant based. In other words; I highly recommend this product. It's not too high of a dose so you can safely take one everyday and no be worried you're adding a strange ingredient to your body that is going to cause all kinds of weird reactions. Because this won't.

I love small pills
These are the easiest pills to swallow (along with the Vit E naturals) they're small and have a certain ovaloid shape and are smooth. These k2 pills dont have a smell either.
