Cheese cake pan

I bought this pan to use in my 6qt instant pot. It fits perfectly and I have made a cheese cake and a banana bread in it. It works perfectly! I like that you push up from the bottom and the cake slides up beautifully.

Fat Daddio Brand is my Go to Brand. I own a lot of Fat daddio- they last forever, are well made, distribute heat well. This Round Cheesecake Pan was exactly what I needed! I had tried to make a New York style cheesecake for the first time and i used some of my existing pans. Unfortunately, the recipe calls for a 10" and 3" deep pan. My cake overflowed in the oven and made a big mess and wasted the expensive ingredients. The first time I used my new Fat Daddio's Cheesecake Pan, my cake was perfect! No mess No Fuss. No problem removing the cake in perfect formation. No waste. If you are going to make a large cheese cake, do it right with this pan!
