Doesn't actually come with seat belts

While the wagon itself is nice I purchased this one because it said it came with 2 3 point seat belts. Contacted the company and they said they would sell me one seat for an additional $25. Not happy with the company this came from they haven't got back to me when I said they should have been in the box. Can't see returning the $185 wagon and paying for shipping. Pretty disappointed they couldn't make it right and just send me the seat belts. Won't buy from esmart again. Wagon itself is nice if you don't need the seat belts but I saw it without for $135 on other sites.
