I got this bottle as a present from a friend through who bought it through a retailer in the Netherlands but unfortunately it did not keep my coffee warm. Without knowing which retailer to turn to and without a receipt I emailed Stanley directly for warranty, they immediately offered a replacement, which I received within a week or so. Excellent service, I now have a vacuum bottle that keeps coffee or tea warm for as long as I need.
