A nice enclosure
I purchased this enclosure in combination with a Seagate Momentus HDD. I like the enclosure and purchased it becuase it had both USB 2.0 and eSATA capability. While the enclosure-HDD combination works well, I do have some complaints. First, the drive can't be powered via the enclosure's eSATA connection. I was worried that might be the case, but still disappointed. You have to plug the USB and eSATA in at the same time to power the drive (via USB) and transfer data (via eSATA). I also think they should have given you a free eSATA cable. I had to purchase one separately. Regarding the instructions, it wasn't clear to me initially how to disassemble the enclosure in order to insert the HDD. The directions confused me, and I had to do a bit of fiddling before I figured it out.
